Presenting together

Welcome to our search for online treasures. We are from Emporia State University (ESU), The National Archives and Records Administration - Central Plains Region (NARA) and the Johnson County Library System (JCL). Our group, GovDoc Kids, was formed to encourage the use of government resources with children. With both the number and quality of online government resources increasing so rapidly the problem is no longer just finding these treasure chests but digging through them for the most valuable prizes. We feel it is worth the time and effort and hope you can help us spread the word.

Handouts

  1. Summary of the presentation
  2. Extended list of websites for K-12 students, parents, teachers & librarians
  3. Flash-based website
  4. Survey questions
  5. Presentation evaluation
